Like the Hope Valley series, this series is set in a small town that just happens to be filled with people who like to ride, but they are wonderful, supportive people. This time it's a small biker town setting, Farah Hyland is starting over, she never liked the lifestyle of her upbringing. She’s been through more than most could ever imagine but has come out of it with a truly golden soul and the determination to live her life on her own terms and I loved watching as she evolved into the woman she always wanted to be. PS: Thank you to Jessica Prince and Love Affair With Fiction for allowing me an ARC of the book to read and review honestly! I love the growth that these two characters show, but it isn’t exactly personal growth because they are well rounded characters, but growth to find the strengths that they weren’t aware they hold.

What Farrah went through, the support system she finds in Redemption and how it changes her life for the better is nothing short of amazing. Just a little caution that it may be a trigger point Farah's trauma involves sexual assault and there are some nightmares and will not so graphic it might not be for some. He had a feel like a Kristen Ashely hero (and God knows how much I LOVE KA), and in truth the whole story felt like her which made me love them even more. It’s shows like this that keeps me interested in listening to, not just watching, mass media entertainment. Farrah is pretty awesome herself, walking away from the only life she ever knew and settling in Redemption to change everything- super commendable. As riveting as it is original, Bad Alibi is the kind of podcast that reinvents the format, daring to tell stories in its own unique way. Overhearing my cousin’s best friend confessing that she’s never been satisfied wasn’t my fault… but offering to help her change that definitely was. A sceptical female clinical psychologist, Kristen Bouchard (Katja Herbers), teams up with priest-in-training David Acosta (Mike Colter) and blue-collar contractor Ben Shakir (Aasif Mandvi) to investigate supposed miracles, demonic possessions, and other extraordinary occurrences.

Farah was such a joy and a remember to not judge a book by its cover because although she didn't look like someone who might have adapted to life in Redemption it was exactly where she needed to be. When you hear the backstory of Farah, your heart breaks for her… then when you find out the truths of that backstory it breaks all over again.

She grew up hearing stories of the town so when she decided to leave her old life it seemed like the place to go.

You could say it’s a spin off from her Hope Valley series which also happens to be my fav series of hers to date.

And I love how the town of Redemption envelops Farah in their warmth and freely giving friendship and protectiveness. They both have their moments ~ some were funny, some had me wanting to reach out and Gibbs smack some sense into them ~ but I loved watching how they worked things out and got to know each other and find that they actually fit pretty well together. Farah Highland has lived in a gilded cage, though she’s been trying to buck against her upbringing her entire life.

I wish I started reading her from the beginning because I can tell she’s going to be a top favorite author of mine going forward. And she’s finally taken the steps she’s needed to break away from the hypocrisy and poisonous lifestyle her parents tried to force upon her. Formed in 1948 and based in Yorkshire, UK Timeform are a wholly owned subsidiary of Flutter Entertainment plc.

Meeting the town resident hot guy Cannon Banks also known as woman magnet he is the first to catch her attraction after a long time. If I’m going to start of my year with a five star read, it seems fitting that it’s from Jessica Prince because she’s never fails to suck me into her worlds.
