Lemongrass and hibiscus come together with timeless juniper berries to create a lingering and seriously smooth London dry gin. It's a masterpiece that encompasses the very essence of creativity, infusing the aromatic elegance of rose petals alongside the botanical trifecta of rhubarb, pink grapefruit, and juniper. A traditional Pilsner beer, we used two popular hops in pilsners, Herkules and Saaz, which impart a light bitterness and a peppery, herby aroma. Consequently, the marriage between gin and rhubarb became somewhat of a culinary affair, with the sharpness of rhubarb providing a delightful contrast to the juniper-led profiles of traditional gin.

We allowed natural carbonation to do most of the work in this brew, so you'll notice a much smoother body than a typical Pils. Florals and smoke - so poignant in that lovely whisky, like TS Eliot’s footfalls and echoes and dead leaves in Burnt Norton. Made with Juniper sustainably hand-picked from Box Hill: The citrus notes come from Moroccan lime, coriander, Spanish sweet orange peel and Italian orris root.
