As this book progresses it becomes less about Craig David’s experiences, life and feelings and more of a preachy sermon full of basic cliches to live your best life. Those that say Craig’s making a comeback are the ones who stepped away; not going beyond the song 7 Days. I am now in a place where I've learned to have good vibes, to be true to myself, but it hasn't always been this way. In opening up about how he overcame these obstacles, Craig shares his insight and provides practical advice that will help us to navigate the daily challenges we all face.

Further, David explained that he felt compelled to share the ways he’s dealt with what life has thrown his way, in hopes that it might help readers in some way.I probably didn’t pay enough attention to the second last sentence of the blurb…that this would be about Crag David giving advice. Despite being well-known in the underground MC world in the 90s and writing songs for British group Damage, Craig David only got his big break in 1999 when he featured on the track 'Re-Rewind' by garage duo Artful Dodger. For me personally I absolutely loved this book, it was amazing to see someone talk openly about their mental health and their struggles and what they do to overcome it. From DJ gigs in Southampton nightclubs to chart-topping global fame, Craig David found overnight success as a teenager. I am now in a place where I’ve learned to have good vibes, to be true to myself, but it hasn’t always been this way.

Craig David was among the talented artists who performed at the Platinum Party at the Palace concert as part of Queen Elizabeth II's Jubilee celebrations on 4th June. Please Note: By their very nature, all signed books will have been handled several times before they get to you. In 2005, Craig announced that he had signed with Warner Music and put together his third album, 'The Story Goes. Craig David is one of the biggest British artists of all time - and it's no wonder, with hits like '7 Days', 'Walking Away' and 'Rewind'!

Later in April 2009, MTV viewers voted 'Born to Do It' as number 2 on their 'Greatest Album of All-Time' poll. A little bit of memoir (with a few hundred words on Leigh Francis) but the clue to this book is that it's on the Happy Place imprint.Craig then signed another new record with Universal Motown and released sixth album 'Signed, Sealed, Delivered'. Craig started making his way back to the mainstream in 2011 when his DJ name TS5 started uploaded the sets to Soundcloud, and on the back of this success Craig embarked on a huge world tour that took him all over the globe. It’s a series of lessons learned from a life lived, many of which I’ve only realised in retrospect – after all, it is only through living that we can learn and grow. Hosting smash singles including '7 Days' and 'Walking Away', the album placed Craig at the top and earned him three Ivor Novello Awards as well as six BRIT Award nominations in 2001.
