The ThermoPro TP07 or it's more advanced sibling ThermoPro TP08 that adds a second probe for monitoring oven/grill/smoker temperature, are very good. I usually would say cayenne for some zest as I use it in everything, but this recipe would taste really good with some grated ginger if you’re looking for zest.Delicious and found it was better with organic chicken and prepping mid morning to grill at 6:30 yielded fantastic results- so yes I grilled them. Convection is good for getting cripsiness but not sure how the sauce with sugar contect will respond to it.

I have never tried but I am quite certain that this particular marinade will work very well with pork. This recipe is delicious as is, but if you’re looking for that zing - I’ve added 1tbsp of sriracha or Sambal Olek. There are so many different kebabs you can do in the air fryer and its not just about the lamb doner kebab. The broccoli didn't come out great but it didn't matter when scooped up in the same mouthful as the chicken, sauce, and rice. I followed the recipe choosing to use honey and lime juice (instead of maple syrup and lemon juice).
